We Were So Naive as Children

P.S. If you're wondering about the title, I was just talking to my sister last night about how naive we were when we were kids. It's pretty crazy :)

A Year Goes By
"I saw Narnia over the weekend!"
"Which one?"
"The new one - Prince Caspian"
"I love that movie! I got it the day it came out!"
"Oh. Really? Did you see it in theatres?"
"Yeah. A lot."
"You saw it more than once?"
"...yeah let's go with that."
:)
Yes that is an actual conversation between a couple of friends and I. It was amusing I thought :)
Anyway. So the rest of my birthday went well. I amused myself by counting how many people remembered that it was my birthday at school. Total? 1 (not including my dad, who works there :)). It was highly amusing to me. And my brother came over for dinner which was nice - sort of awkward at times because I've never had a serious conversation with my brother, ever. And I don't see him very much at all but it was nice. And my presents were nice too - a new coat, a new game for my DS, etc :)
I found out last week that my sister is coming home soon! Next Thursday or Friday. I'm pretty excited since I didn't get to see her at Thanksgiving and I haven't seen her since August. And we can chat in Spanish again! :) - except she wants to come visit my Spanish class *cringe*
As far as videos I'm working on them :) My newest (and current favorite) Ed video is coming along well - it should be done very soon. Poor Ed, he's so neglected in this movie. Seriously. I have to struggle to make things work - haha. And I have some other videos in the works. But that one has the most done with it :) (I actually have about 45 seconds left).
Anyway that's all for now. I hope you all are having a Happy December :) I love the snow. I just wish it'd stay on the ground!

I Just Had to Say
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
Alright, no it's not really that funny. It's actually quite annoying - but I find it highly amusing at the same time :)
So I got Prince Caspian yesterday. And I must must must tell you the story of getting it first. So, alright, I had told my mum to get it for me - for my birthday and she said okay, she'd get it during the day and I could put it on my computer (I don't waste time hehe :)) when I got home from school. And that was what we agreed on.
So I get home from school and no DVD. Apparently they didn't have them at Wal-Mart when she looked. So I flipped - haha - I about had a panic attack/hyperventilated. And I said "Mom! You have to go find it! Right now!" And she was like "Alright!" So we called Hollywood Video to see if they had it. (Oh, I neglected to mention that I wanted the 3-Disc version) They had one. So my mum raced out there and got it for me. So now I have it haha :) But it was slightly traumatic.
Anyway, that's not this story.
So my mum (God bless her) ripped the film for me while I was at school today (it took a total of 6 hours - I'm not even kidding). Which was great, you know. So then I import it into Sony and it's all out of order. And when I say out of order I mean: out of order. Haha! Like entirely. It starts right and then skips around - a lot. The night raid is all split up - it's just so random. I can't even explain it - you'd have to see it. But it's crazy. I had to like write myself out a guide haha :)
So anyway, because of that videos might be a little delayed as I don't have the movie memorized - out of order. Haha.
But, just out of curiousity, are there any videos of anyone or anything that anyone really wants to see? I know Nicci wants to see a Susan video and I'll try to get one. I started a Suspian today but it wasn't going well so I had to stop before I threw the computer out the window ;) But anyone else? Haha. Let me know :) If you have any songs you'd like to see me vid to, feel free to suggest them too :)
